Shabby but acceptable
Good location near the beach. Very quiet most of the time. Large TV. Helpful staff. All the things I needed. I stayed for a week and overall it wasn't bad. Expect to pay a large deposit 3000 baht for your rm which is inspected at checkout. There are no staff after 6pm
Shabby room. Broken things. Pretty rubbisn bed with springs in your back. They were supposed to bring fresh water each day, which didn't happen. If you want anything you have to ask. Small touches like a mattress topper, liquid soup in the room, some basic repairs and decent cleaning and this place would be perfect. The pool is a bit more like the type you'd find in a private villa. You can swim 3 strokes before you hit your nose. The bathroom is open so mosquitos are always there.

Overall a great stay
Excellent location close to a nice beach and many food places. Lovely and green. Friendly staff, always ready to assist. Small pool if you want to refresh. I had no problem with wifi connection.
I stayed in the bigger bungalow and it was quite comfortable. For a longer stay you would probably need more furniture - there is one closet, a sofa and a coffee table. Also very limited place for your cosmetics in the bathroom. But it didn’t seem like a big deal for me.

My grumpy tied mood was changed (after travelling for 4 months) as I walked through the front door of reception and seei
Very clean and tidy
I wouldn’t say that I didn’t like it but the construction of the bathroom/toilet was very different the door between bedroom and bathroom very awkward and annoying the temperature difference between the two rooms was large
